OUTFIT INSPO: JAMIE CHUNG AT COACHELLA
Jamie Chung is the cutest. We love her fashion choices and let’s be honest, she never has a bad fashion day. Plus, her Instagram is absolutely fierce.
So – festival season is upon us and we thought this Jamie Chung look would be the perfect inspiration for today’s Fresh Pick. We love the nude and earth-tone color combos mixed with the bohemian metallic accessories that tie this look together.
Jamie uses this blush American Apparel knitted midi dress as the anchor for her outfit. It is no longer available, but no worries, we always have our lovely readers covered! The waffle knit body con shown in the set above will run you less than $15, and if you want something a bit more low cut, here is another bargain with a very similar look. However, it’s this on-trend white bra with strappy detail gives this simple dress a unique edge.
We couldn’t find out who made the chain link belt, but we found a few that are just as beautiful. Shop here for the belt shown in the set above, and Free People has a very affordable chain link belt for under $30. If you are looking for a chain belt with even more detail, BKE has this beauty at 75% off. For jewelry, she layered lots of leather bracelets and wore a thin black leather choker.
The studded booties Jamie wore are the City Grey Wendy Boots. Her hat is Rag and Bone. Both items are still available and are versatile pieces you can mix/match enough to get use for 2-3 seasons a year.
Jamie’s bag is the Hudson Studded Saddle Bag by Chloe and the scarf she tied with it is by Akris. If you don’t have $3K to drop on a saddle bag + scarf combo (who does?) try this scarf dupe by Vince Camuto coming in at $32 here and a dupe for the saddle bag here.
Even though we don’t know what makeup and skincare she is rocking, we wanted to add a really great sunscreen and lip balm. Sun protection is so important for days spent in the sun even if you don’t burn. The wrinkles are not worth it!
Let us know what you think. We would love to hear from you so message us any looks for our weekly Fresh Pick you’re dying to see.
Peace and Love,
