STREET STYLE: NYFW 2018 EDITION

I live for NYFW each year. Not only do I love the shows, but I am obsessed with the way New Yorkers bring it with their street style. I used to go visit my best friend when she lived in Chelsea and we would shop sample sales during NYFW because the deals are insane and the street style is seriously inspiring. These were some of my favorite days ever.

For this post, I picked my top three looks from this fashion week and hooked up our readers with where to buy them. I found the exact pieces each person is wearing and several dupes for these pieces at all price points. I love that you can recreate these looks on any budget and I need this textured neutral coat ASAP!

I love the subtle comeback of the not-so-skinny pant in the fashion world right now. This look is the perfect juxtaposition of layers, natural hues, and looser cut clothing. It is laid back yet chic at the same time. I am absolutely loving the pop of color with these orange loafers. It is the perfect warm tone to tie this look together.

BOLD PRINTS AND BRIGHT COLORS

This look is head-to-toe Michael Kors and it is so fierce, I took a screen shot the moment I saw it. Just like the first look, one of my favorite things about this look is the layers. Red is also a very “it” color right now. I wrote this piece post NYFW Fall 2017. The sunglasses are a retro throwback that I love also. Another thing to love about this look is the way each piece individually can be worn with many other different items in your closet.

COMPLEMENTARY COLORS

Blue and orange are complementary colors on the color wheel for a reason. They look fab next to one another. I am loving this look by Tibi so much. It is classic, simple, yet bold at the same time. The top knot, berry lip, and drop earrings are the perfect way to make this look an instant classic.
