THE LIST: APRIL EDITION

What we love, want, need this month!

This April list is all about self-care and keeping a bright perspective. From the best spa items to colorful and easy ways to brighten your home to cookbooks we can’t live without – we are so happy to share these must have items.

1. BEAUTY AND WELLNESS

2-spa day
L-R: Parachute Waffle Robe ($119) // Aroma-Seize Soy Candle ($20) // Beauty Bioscience GloPRO Tool Set ($249) // Seraphine Headband ($20) // Blaq Meteor Shower ($25) // Patchology Lip Masks ($15) // Origins Flower Fusion Sheet Mask ($7)

A spa day is always a good idea, right? Here are a few of our favorite items for a little luxurious self-care at home. Our favorite scrub, lip mask, robe and headband made the list for April. We are loving this GloPRO micro-needle set because it really ups the skincare game, and you know we love a good mask. Speaking of masks, this Origin’s Flower Fusion sheet mask gives you a glow that lasts a full day. Yaaasss kween who didn’t sleep last night, but now no one knows!

You can’t have a spa day without a few fabulous candles. For this month’s favorite spa pick, we are featuring a candle we are OBSESSED with – Black Sea from Aroma Seize. With notes of warm amber, cardamom, clove, and vanilla it smells like heaven. Another fave of ours is Mediterranean Fig.

We always try to use natural products when possible so the big thing that drove us to Aroma Seize is their dedication to natural beauty and lifestyle. The candles are made with natural soy ethically sourced here in the US. Plus, they are clean burning and biodegradable. Picking up a new spring bag is a great way to transition into a warmer weather wardrobe. The Cult Gaia Ark bag is back for another season and really makes a statement while the Madewell circle bag is totally on trend at a great price. Straw totes are everywhere this spring, and you can’t go wrong with a vintage inspired wallet.

3. FOR THE HOME
4-bright home decor
Anthropologie Magnolia Shower Curtain ($88) // Justina Blakeney Selva Tray ($74) // Berber Hemp Accent Pillow ($112) // Suite One Studio Mimira Pour-Over ($16) // West Elm Ceramic Llama Planters ($49-$159) // Urban Outfitters Round Pintuck Pillow ($39)

For this month’s picks, we wanted to focus on bringing pops of color to the home. It has been a long winter, and cold spring here on the East Coast. We need color and bright hues in our lives!

4. EATS
3-cookbooks
What to Eat for How You Feel ($29) // The New Camp Cookbook ($18) // Plenty More Cookbook ($24) // High Vibrational Beauty ($28)

These are all cookbooks we have used and/or given as gifts in the past month. The New Camp Cookbook has recipes that is so crazy good, you will want to make them when you are not camping. Plenty More is a follow up to one of our favorite cookbooks – Plenty. You can read how we found it life-changing here. Last, but not least is High Vibrational Beauty. Okay so we know the writer and photographer personally. However, this is one of the most innovative books we have read. Not to be all Kanye, but this is going to change your life period. Expect a follow up post on this book.
